Binghamton University’s Pharmacy Technician Program Microcredential is a comprehensive 20-week program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as entry-level pharmacy technicians. Through a blend of online self-paced learning, live classroom instruction, and hands-on laboratory experience, students gain proficiency in medication dispensing, compounding, inventory management, and insurance processing. A significant component of the program involves clinical rotations at local healthcare facilities, providing invaluable real-world experience under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
